Levi G. Allen is a Ph.D. Candidate in American and Comparative Politics at the University of Notre Dame. His research focuses on the determinants of vote choice, the confluence of religious and partisan identities, and changes occurring within the coalitions of the political parties. 

Laura Hussey is an associate professor in Political Science, affiliate faculty member in the School of Public Policy, and the incoming (starting July 2017) director of the Sondheim Public Affairs Scholars Program. Her research and teaching interests include American politics, public policy, and research methods.

Geoff Layman serves as the chair of the Department of Political Science and is the co-editor (along with Benjamin Radcliff) of the journal Political Behavior. His research focuses on political behavior, political parties, and religion and politics, with a particular emphasis on long-term changes in the parties and their electoral coalitions.
