Panelists included, David Campbell, Chair of the Department of Political Science at Notre Dame, Rep. Joaquin Castro (D-TX), U.S. House of Representatives, Luis Ricardo Fraga, Co-Director at the Institute for Latino Studies at Notre Dame, and Christina Wolbrecht, Director of the Rooney Center for the Study of American Democracy. The panel was moderated by Ricardo Romo, President of University of Texas at San Antonio.
