Congratulations to Rooney Center graduate student Romelia Solano who received a Ford Foundation Fellowship from the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine. The Fellowship will support research for her dissertation "Dignity Politics: Detention and Democracy in the U.S." She is one of only six recipients in political science.
