Biography

Amy Fagerli is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in business administration and entrepreneurship. She received her MBA from Indiana University South Bend.

Amy embarked on her professional journey at Notre Dame in 2020, where she quickly demonstrated her exceptional organizational and administrative skills. In November of 2023, she assumed the role of Notre Dame Democracy Initiative Program Manager, a position that has allowed her to showcase her strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex logistical challenges. Additionally, Amy provides invaluable support to The Rooney Center for the Study of American Democracy, where her dedication and resourcefulness have consistently contributed to its success.

Before joining Notre Dame, Amy established and operated a thriving e-commerce and wholesale business for over 15 years. This experience sharpened her entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking, equipping her with a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in running a successful business. Through her unwavering commitment to excellence, she was able to build strong partnerships and achieve consistent growth.
